Provide customer support to existing and potential pCard users by addressing policy interpretations, how to complete applications/agreement forms, general and technical inquiries, corresponding with bank representatives and assist in the resolution of problems.
Assist with processing requests for pCards, reporting lost/stolen cards and closing accounts, as needed.
Assist with maintaining pCard documentation to ensure appropriate agreement forms, applications and change requests are on file.
Coordinate pCard training sessions, meeting rooms and equipment.
Maintain pCard training log.
Prepare reports for management on pCard statistics: monthly, quarterly & annually.
Prepare reports for pCard administrator to monitor compliance and proper card usage to ensure continued success of the pCard Program.
Assist in special projects as needed, including but not limited to, system enhancements, program expansion and upgrades.
Serve as liaison between Cardholders.
Assist in ensuring pCard spend is archived.
Special requests from the Finance Department, as needed in support of program expansion.
Minimum Education Level & Type: 6 months post High School
Minimum Experience Qualifications: At least 2 years administrative support, including research and analysis, computer record keeping and composition

If the position requires a Commercial Drivers License (CDL), the endorsements will be listed under "Endorsements." Under Safety Sensitive a "Yes" means employees with this classification are subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. License Type A,B,C,D,or M may require the use of personal or City vehicles on City business. Individuals must be physically capable of operating the vehicles safely, possess a valid license and have an acceptable driving record. Use of a personal vehicle for City business will be prohibited if the employee is not authorized to drive a City vehicle or if the employee does not have personal insurance coverage. Exceptions to classification driving requirement's may exist based on position.
