Supports the implementation of the program vision by identifying project needs, cultivating existing and identifying future partners, coordinating the acquisition of resources, assisting with scheduling, maintaining records, assisting in preparing grant applications, reviewing proposals, developing and monitoring relevant contracts, reviewing work activities and project status, compiling and analyzing data, reviewing and coordinating the preparation of documents and convening meetings and workshops.
Develops strategic partnerships and contacts with community representatives, external agencies, and other organizations as a representative of the City.
Develops training opportunities, protocols and professional development opportunities for the field teams.
Provides technical assistance to field teams and support with daily team deployments as needed.
Assists with the implementation and evaluation of program policies, projects and procedures.
Analyzes organization and community needs, analyzes trends, reviews statistics and opportunities and communicates to the Program Director of impending developments.
Assists Program Director in scheduling and providing technical assistance to field teams and support with daily team deployments as needed.
Assists with curriculum and professional development and implementation of program training for the Community Safety, Health and Wellness field teams, various other agencies, and the community.
Supports Program Director by monitoring reporting, data collection, data analysis and development and maintenance of data visualization on a public dashboard and other public communication tools.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Level & Type: Bachelor's Degree in social work, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or closely related field.
Minimum Experience Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in social services, behavioral health, counseling or closely related field.
Valid and Unrestricted Class D - Driver's License.
