Cicero, IL. 60804
Description:
The Monitoring & Research Department of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (the District) is seeking an intern to support its microplastics research efforts. The primary responsibility of the intern will be to learn from and assist a research scientist in microplastics sampling and analysis.
The intern’s work will involve collecting wastewater samples, compiling and organizing data, and conducting microplastics analyses using microscopy and other laboratory techniques.
