The main purpose of this position is to assist in implementing, maintaining, and providing direct service programs in Vocational Adjustment Services. This is designed to aid in personal adjustment, work adjustment, and pre-vocational skill building to the severe and persistently mentally ill patient. This position supports the mission of the organization through active participation in clinical efforts to provide treatment in a recovery-oriented environment. The foundation of a recovery-oriented environment is respect and a commitment to safety in the least restrictive manner possible.

Education: Completion of 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university with at least 15 credit hours in health services, human services, education or the behavioral sciences.
