Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Create and write local standard operating procedures in accordance with Federal and State regulations to carry out CSA's activities. Make PowerPoint presentations and workflows for the agency. Gives potential effects of suggested regulations to be discussed with senior management. Examine state and federal rules and regulations to see how they affect the local offices. Assist local child support workers, other partner organizations, and private organizations impacted by the child support program with technical support and consulting. For the director's evaluation, create and assemble narratives and complete accurate reports that examine the success of programs, objectives, and goals. Contribute to the creation and administration of community outreach initiatives.
- Create or improve an agency-wide framework for the quality of the child support program; make sure that standard operating procedures are standardized and recorded. Ensure the agency offers a systematic onboarding process for contract, specialist, and lead employees. Make sure the agency is promptly informed of developments on policy and process improvements. Make certain that staff members are adhering to ongoing education.
- Oversee personnel in charge of special projects and research and development. Oversees and develops employees who are in charge of specific reports and other duties that are delegated to them. Carries out the PEP procedure and keeps an ongoing eye on the productivity of the designated employees. Additionally oversees and supports employees who are in charge of creating monthly reports on actions connected to the goals of the agency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Eight years of experience, four years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations and an additional four years of professional or technical experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations for the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute graduate level education at an accredited college or university in a human services related field at the rate of 30 credit hours per year for up to six years of the required experience.
3. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military experience as a commissioned officer in Administrative Officer classifications or Administrative Officer specialty codes in the General, Administrative, Clerical and Office Services field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
