POSITION DUTIES

General Purpose:
The Neighborhood Revitalization Success Manager provides deep, hands-on support to a focused portfolio of 4-6 ENOUGH implementation communities, leading execution of the all-of-government (AOG) initiative on their behalf—planning and executing on strategies to align state agencies and local partners to provide intensive, wrap-around support tailored to each community’s needs.

This is a hybrid position and requires flexibility to report to locations in Annapolis, Baltimore, and other areas of the state as needed.

Core Responsibilities: 
  • Implement an all-of-government strategy for ENOUGH communities by coordinating agencies, funders, and outside partners. 
  • Serve as ENOUGH Success Manager for a focused portfolio of 4-6 ENOUGH communities, providing deep, hands-on support.
  • Keep grant implementation on track by catching risks early and ensuring grantees stay accountable to program and compliance requirements. 
  • Support the ENOUGH team's evolving needs as new priorities and projects arise. 
  • Other Duties as Assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in public policy, preferably in a government or political setting. This experience includes, but is not limited to: 
  • Experience defining and managing projects alongside diverse stakeholders who are instrumental to successful delivery 
  • Experience in community revitalization, preferably in housing development 
Note: A master’s degree in public policy may be substituted for up to 3 years of experience.

  • Track record of delivering results in a high-pressure environment and across multiple workstreams 
  • Problem solving skills and an ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions to maintain timelines and meet deadlines 
  • Passion for public service and making a positive difference in the lives of Marylanders 
  • Understanding of the civic innovation space 
  • Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment with excitement and enthusiasm 
  • A track record of demonstrating and successfully applying the following characteristics:
