Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Provide instruction in a variety of methods to include whole group, small group, and individualized instruction consistent with the approved curriculm.
- Plan and organize time, in advance, to provide for effective instruction.
- Use informal and formal assessment tools to provide reliable and valid appraisal of student skills achievement.
- Maintain and submit program and instructional records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Create a physical and interpersonal climate that is conducive to learning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Possession of appropriate educational credentials as determined by the Maryland State Board of Education.
Experience: None.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2. Experience providing instructions to adult learners.
