LOCATION OF POSITION
POSITION DUTIES
- Making recommendations to Executive leadership on issues related to EEO/ADA investigations, training, review and approval of interview panels and questions, participation in interview panels to ensure fair employment practices.
- Assist the Employee Relations Manager in facilitating management's relationship with the employees' exclusive representatives (labor/bargaining unions).
- Training agency employees in prevention of sexual harassment and other EEO program areas. The incumbent must be available to administer virtual and/or in-person training across various DVMF locations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience monitoring policy and compliance with state/federal EEO laws and policies, conducting investigations, and mediating complaints on discrimination, harassment, retaliation and bullying.
- Experience producing investigative reports, formal responses to complaints, and position statements.
- Experience developing and delivering training on sexual harassment.
- Experience in the use of Workday, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, tracking and reporting, developing Power Point training presentations, and knowledge of other relevant software/systems.
- Experience performing mediation services in the workplace.
