Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Provide leadership and direction for the day-to-day operations in the Charles Street Claims and Adjudication Center applying MDUI Management Model standards to comply with USDOL performance measures and Maryland state law and attain Agency goals
- Meet or Exceed Federal Performance Measures and MDOL-MDUI Strategic Goals by effectively monitoring the functions necessary to comply with USDOL performance measures, Maryland state law, and MDOL Policies and Procedures.
- Community and Public Relations Activities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Supervisory experience working in an unemployment claim center
Proficient with navigating through the BEACON benefit system.
