POSITION DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in economics, political science, public policy, law, real estate, or a related field.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience applying for permits for housing and/or community development projects.
- Experience reviewing permit applications.
- Experience with public processes such as public hearings or legislative sessions.
- Experience working on projects or collaborating with governments in three or more counties in Maryland.
- At least three years of experience related to capital stacks, development finance, and/or tax credits.
