Introduction

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field required; advanced degree in education, leadership, curriculum and instruction, or related field preferred
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3
years of experience in education, with roles that include teaching,
instructional coaching, school/district leadership, or school improvement
support
- Expertise in Core Instructional Areas: Demonstrated specialization in literacy and/or mathematics instruction, including knowledge of evidence-based practices that improve student learning outcomes.
- School Improvement Experience: Experience supporting or leading school improvement initiatives, with a focus on analyzing instructional practices, identifying areas for growth, and recommending actionable strategies.
- Instructional Observation Skills: Proven ability to observe classroom instruction, collect and analyze evidence, and align findings to research-based instructional indicators.
