Main Purpose of Job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related
field.
Experience: Six (6) years’ experience performing duties as
an IT Sr. Technical Writer.
Note: A
bachelors degree may be substituted for 4 additional years’ experience as a
technical writer.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience creating an IT
Master Plan or IT technical documents for a large-scale company, state or
federal organization.
Experience working with the following coding tools will be preferred: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Intercom, Mix panel, Jinja, Confluence/JIRA, Git & GitHub

BENEFITS
Contractual employees who work
for an agency and have a current employment contract of 30 or more hours a week
(or on average 130 hours per month) will be eligible for subsidized health

Leave
Paid leave will accrue at a
rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked.
