Introduction

The Office of The People's Counsel (OPC), is seeking an experienced and energetic individual to fill the position of Administrative Program Manager I in their office. 

 

This is a Management Service position, and serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority.

Main Purpose of Job

This unique position serves three roles: Administrator, Chief Fiscal Officer, and Human Resources Liaison. In addition, this position works directly with People’s Counsel and Deputy People’s Counsels to ensure the effective management of overall office operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university  or substitute additional experience in fiscal, administrative staff or professional work on a year-for-year basis for the required education.

Experience:  Three years of experience in administrative and professional work, including employee direction and supervision.  Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and G Suite. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

For education obtained outside the U.S., a copy of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service must be provided prior to hire.
