Main Purpose of Job

The main purpose of this position is to serve as the Assistant Director of the CCU IT Department, providing a management level of work for problem analysis and ongoing user support, system development, testing, implementation, and end user training on the functionality of the Noble Telephony, OnBase Document Management application and the Configuration for the C&R Debt Manager collection system for the Central Collection Unit.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications:

  • Three years of Debt Manager configuration experience.
  • Three years of Alvaria Telephony configuration experience.
  • One year of Microsoft SQL Server experience.
