Introduction
This is a Management Service position and serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority.

Main Purpose of Job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Five years of experience in the comprehensive review and implementation of buildings and grounds maintenance and repair programs. This experience should include three years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Management software and one year of experience in the performance of contract/vendor monitoring.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. A working knowledge of National Fire Protection Association codes and sections of COMAR covering Environment, Fuel Master and Vehicle Policies.
2. Computer skills to include MS Office Suite
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.
