This is a Management Service position.

LOCATION OF POSITION
7800 Harkins Road, Lanham, MD 20706
The Department of Housing and Community Development's Headquarters Office is located in Prince George's County across from the New Carrollton Metro stop.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Experience: Five years administrative or professional experience in the marketing or communications field, two years of which must include supervisory experience.
- Additional relevant education may be substituted for up to two years of the required administrative/professional experience.
- Additional relevant experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the housing or real estate industry.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
