POSITION DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Four years of experience in administrative staff or professional work.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute the completion of 60 credit hours at an accredited college or university and two years of experience in administrative staff or professional work for the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
3. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer involving staff work requiring regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting rules and regulations in accordance with agency laws and policies on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Three years of experience working with customers/public,
preferably with community service organizations
Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Power
Point, Internet Explorer, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Outstanding organizational skills: ability to work
independently, determine processes, gather information and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of HIPPA regulations.

the employment (eligible) list for at least one year. The resulting certified
eligible list for this recruitment may be used for similar positions in this or
other State agencies.
