Main Purpose of Job
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five years experience in administrative staff or professional work, 2 of which must have been supervisory experience. 2 years of the required experience must have been experience in technical systems management, help desk or technical support, or experience using web-based systems establishing system requirements, testing system functionality and reporting defects.
Notes: Additional years of experience will substitute the Bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
