Directs the Office of Field Services/Client Services Program within the Division of Rehabilitation Services, consistent with the Division's Mission, priority objectives and goals. Assures that a comprehensive, coordinated, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery system is maintained to promote the economic and personal independence of persons with significant disabilities through their achievement of maximum independence of competitive employment outcomes consistent with their strengths, preferences, and informed choice.
