NATURE OF WORK

Provides executive direction to the Police and Correctional Training Commissions, which regulates and enforces the training and certification standards for all Maryland police, correctional officers, and training academies.

Moreover, training and professional development sessions are provided to public safety and criminal justice employees from public and private agencies in Maryland and from other states.
