The State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is now accepting applications for Electrical Engineer Trainee positions in the Bureau of Engineering and Construction, Facilities Design unit. The official State job title is Transportation Engineer Trainee.

Transportation Engineer Trainees receive training to develop technical engineering skills and knowledge. In Facilities Design, you will receive training to prepare in-house designs and review designs prepared by consultant engineering firms related to energy efficiency projects for both roadway and vertical construction/building systems.
