The State of Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) is currently recruiting for a Mail Handler within Fiscal Services. The Mail Handler position will be accountable for mail services operations for the complex, including the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) and Office of Health Strategy (OHS). Responsibilities will include receiving and issuing a large volume of varied commodities. This position is responsible for all interoffice mail deliveries, as well as metering outgoing mail and processing and delivering incoming mail for three agencies at the Capitol Avenue complex.
