The State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) - North Region - Currently has three (3) full-time, thirty-five (35) hours per week job opportunities for Lead Developmental Services Workers based out of Newington.
Position details are as follows:
Position #1:
PC# 018772: 521 Maple Hill Avenue – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Friday through Monday, 2:45pm - 11:30pm; Regular days off: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Position #2
PC# 018775: 515 Maple Hill Avenue – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 1:30pm – 8:30pm; Regular days off: Friday & Saturday.
Position #3
PC# 018179: 515 Maple Hill Avenue – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, 4:30pm – 11:30pm; Regular days off: Wednesday & Thursday.
However, must be flexible in order to meet the needs of the agency.

In order to be considered for this job opening, you must be a current State of CT employee of the Department of Developmental Services, who has permanent state status*, and meet the Minimum Qualifications as listed on the job opening. You must specify your qualifications on your application.
*For employees in the classified service, permanent status is obtained after successful completion of a working test period. For employees in the unclassified service, permanent status is obtained after serving in a position for at least six months (full-time or full-time equivalent).
