This position may require providing advice to others outside
direct reporting relationships on specific problems or general policies. Contacts may require consideration of different
points of view to reach an agreement.
Proactively plan and conduct project and product tests. Analyze
test and training data to provide stakeholders or end-users quality training
solutions for driving business performance and investigating and communicating
areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity in collaboration with
other department resources.
Create and maintain high quality, independent, online, video
and classroom training material through product analysis and user requirements interpretation
by integrating various content delivery components from multiple sources
Utilize industry-standard test and analysis frameworks to perform quality
assurance analysis, testing, planning, and direct workflows
Create and maintain project management and issue tracking
system data as needed. Assist with bringing challenges to the forefront and monitor quality
trends.
Work closely with internal and external customers to
understand and maintain focus on their quality assurance and training needs,
including identifying critical metrics and KPIs and delivering actionable
insights to relevant decision-makers
EDUCATION LEVEL & TYPE: Four-year
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Computer Science, Management Information Systems.
EXPERIENCE: This Position requires at least one (1) year experience in/as Quality Assurance and Training Analyst
