Coordinates vendor relationships for IT hardware and technology services including managed services, installations, and telecommunications.
Monitors service level agreements, tracks performance metrics, and resolves service issues.
Maintains vendor scorecards and performance documentation.
Administers billing for technology services including telecommunications and managed print services.
Reviews and processes invoices, reconciles accounts, tracks expenditures,
maintains financial records, and resolves billing discrepancies.
Performs related work as required.
Knowledge of: Coordinates receiving, inspection, and distribution of IT hardware. Implements asset tracking procedures and maintains records of inventory, service history, and equipment lifecycle data.
Ability to: Provides coordination support for IT deployments,
implementations, and upgrades. Tracks timelines, coordinates communications,
and schedules vendor resources. Maintains procurement documentation ensuring
regulatory compliance, organizes contract files, and gathers technical
requirements. Supports vendor evaluation and market research activities.
Provides training to staff on procurement procedures, vendor management, and
billing protocols.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, supply chain management, or related field and three (3) years of experience in IT hardware coordination, technology services administration, or vendor management with demonstrated experience in contract coordination, billing administration, and inventory management.

An
equivalent combination of education (not less than high school diploma/GED),
training, and experience that provides the required competencies.
