  2. Describe your experience and leadership approach to maintain effective working relationships, including the development and maintenance of collaborative work groups and working across different functional areas within an organization. 
  3. Describe your experience supervising/managing the activities of staff, staff development, training, training effectiveness, hiring decisions, disciplinary actions, work performance evaluations, etc. in a child support enforcement or other agency.
