This Clinical Supervisor position is with the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Unit and as such the incumbent will be involved with a comprehensive stakeholder community planning process that often includes facilitation of meetings and/or presentations to large groups of people. What experience do you have with community engagement and planning? Please also provide information regarding your experience facilitating large meetings and conducting presentations for large groups of people.

A significant aspect of MHSA involves monitoring program performance and analyzing data. What experience do you have monitoring programs or contracts related to clinical and outcome performance? Please include information related to the specific tools or programs have you used for data analysis.

The MHSA Clinical Supervisor provides direct or matrix supervision for staff members that provide outreach to the community’s unserved/underserved communities including the Latino, Filipino, and homeless communities including youth that are identified as Commercial Sexually Exploited Children/Youth (CSEC). Please provide information about your experience providing supervision for staff that are primarily field based and work with difficult to engage consumers that may have risk factors to consider.
