Introduction

San Joaquin County is seeking an experienced public works/engineering professional to oversee the operations of the Community Infrastructure Engineering (CIE), Development Services and Surveyor Divisions. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills in the areas of stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and project management.

The incumbent reports to the Deputy Director of Development Services and is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and administration of complex engineering projects.
