Introduction

The Department of Public Works is seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual to fill a leadership position in the Transportation Engineering Division.  The Senior Transportation Engineer will lead in the development of technology based, data driven solutions to plan, design, manage and deliver on a wide range of projects and programs that improve and enhance the County’s 1,649 miles of roadways.

This examination is being given to fill one vacancy in the Engineering - Transportation Division of the San Joaquin County Public Works Department, and to establish an eligible list which may be used to fill future vacancies.
