Introduction
San Joaquin County is seeking a candidate who has the ability to take charge of high level administrative responsibilities and to act as the business manager for the department. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and analytical skills, strategic and critical thinking skills, initiative, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
