Deputy County Counsel III/ Deputy County Counsel IV

The San Joaquin County Office of the County Counsel is recruiting for an experienced attorney to join it’s office as a Deputy County Counsel III or IV. Qualified candidates will have significant experience in civil litigation, with experience in the areas of employment or labor law desirable, but not required.

Pre-Employment Background and DOJ Live Scan:  Potential new hires into this classification are required to successfully pass a DOJ Live Scan and a pre-employment background investigation as a condition of employment. Final appointment cannot be made unless the eligible has successfully completed the DOJ Live Scan and background process.
