Please provide information regarding your one year of full-time, paid professional analytical computer and related systems work in a geographic information systems environment.  Include the name of your employer, dates of employment and a detailed description of the specific job duties you performed.

Do you possess an approved information systems technology certificate, or have completed an approved information systems training course which may substitute for part or all of the required education?  A list of the approved certificates and/or courses may be found here.

Substitution #2

Experience performing specialist-level information systems support work at a level comparable to or higher than the San Joaquin County class of Geographic Information Systems Specialist II may substitute for the above-required education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two years.

Do you possess additional experience that would qualify for the education substitution?  If so, please provide the name of your employer, dates of employment and a detailed description of the specific job duties performed.

Substitution #3

Two years of performing geographic information systems support work at a level comparable to or higher than the San Joaquin County class of Geographic Information Systems Specialist II may substitute for the one-year of required experience describe above.
