PATTERN I

This position requires one year at a level comparable to or higher than Office Secretary in San Joaquin County service that included significant responsibility for performing management secretarial duties.

In the space provided below, indicate the position you currently hold that is comparable to or higher than an Office Secretary and identify the management secretarial duties you perform in that position.

PATTERN II

To qualify under this pattern, you must possess five (5) years of full-time paid general clerical, secretarial, and/or office technical work that must include at least one (1) year of experience with primary responsibility performing  management secretarial duties.

Please provide the specific duties performed that were clerical, secretarial, and/or office technical in nature and identify the management secretarial duties.
