PATTERN I

Please indicate if you possess one year (paid, full-time) experience in one of the following classifications in San Joaquin County service:

Pattern II:

Please provide the name of the accredited college or university in which you obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Include the major completed.

Under Pattern II, in order for the four years of experience to qualify, it must have been within the last ten years.  And, experience in real estate sales or transfers will not be considered as real estate appraisal experience.

Please describe your experience as a real property appaiser or auditor-appraiser.  Please indicate the dates of employment, employer, number of hours worked per week, and the scope of your responsibility, the types of properties appraised and/or audited (ie commercial, personal, etc).

Please indicate the agency for which an advanced income course was successfully completed:

Have you completed one additional advanced State Board of Equalization or equivalent appraisal course?

If you answered yes, please indicate the course completed.
