Please respond to the following supplemental questions. This supplemental is considered an extension of your employment application and will be reviewed to help assess your qualifications.

Note:  A permanent Appraiser’s Certificate issued by the State Board of Equalization must be obtained by an employee in this class within the first year of employment.

PATTERN I

Do you possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university with a specialization in accounting, including at least 18 semester (or equivalent quarter) units in accounting or auditing courses? (Note: Business Law and Economics classes may not contribute towards the 18 units)

If you answered yes, please list each of the accounting courses you have completed, and include the number of units earned for each course. (Example: accounting 1 4 units)

PATTERN II

Are you currently a licensed accountant in the State of California? (Note: A copy of the license must be submitted with your application.)

Please indicate if you possess at least two (2) years of full-time, paid professional experience in the following:

Based upon your answer to 2a, describe your professional accounting, property appraisal or financial auditing experience.  Include the following:

Name of employer;
Dates of employment; and
A detailed description of the specific job duties performed.

In order to qualify, you must possess a valid California Driver's License. Please provide license number and expiration date (mm/dd/yy).
