The Grant Manager is a new position within the Finance and Administration Division, Contracts and Grants Team at OEWD. This position will be responsible for primarily managing a portfolio of economic and workforce development grants and contracts with organizations that substantially serve Black, Indigenous and people of color in San Francisco. Additionally, this position will lead procurement activities (Request for Proposals/Request for Qualifications), and provide culturally humble fiscal management guidance and technical assistance to current and prospective grantees and contractors.
The Grant Manager will work in close collaboration with additional City staff responsible for Dream Keeper Initiative program management, including Human Rights Commission, Department of Children, Youth and Their Families, Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, Department of Public Health, Department of Human Resources, Office of Early Care and Education, Arts Commission, Department of Child Support Services, HOPE SF, and the Office of the Treasurer and Tax Collector.
