The minimum qualifications have been identified as critical for satisfactory performance in this classification. The purpose of Questions #4 through #8 of this Supplemental Questionnaire is to obtain specific information regarding your training and experience as it relates to the knowledge, skills and abilities for this classification.  Candidates who receive a passing score in the Basic Supervisory Exam will have questions #4 through #8 on the Supplemental Questionnaire evaluated and scored. These Supplemental Questionnaire questions (Questions #4 through #8) will be worth 40% of the total weight of the selection procedure.
