Introduction

The purpose of this Supplemental Questionnaire is to obtain specific information regarding your training and experience as they relate to the knowledge, skills and abilities linked to the duties of the position.

Questions 1-3 will be used to determine whether you possess the education, trainings, and experience necessary to fulfill the minimum qualifications required for this position.

Questions 4-8 will be used to determine whether you possess the experience to determine your rank on the eligible list in conjunction with the    (50%), and will be made available to departmental personnel and management staff to assist in their hiring decisions.

Experience

Six (6) years of experience managing sustainability related programs in a complex organization or public agency, which all must include supervisory experience; AND

Possession of a valid California driver’s license.
