The purpose of this supplemental is to determine your job-related experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in areas that have been linked to essential duties for this position.

The Senior Administrative Analyst will be responsible for multiple tasks and projects, often with competing deadlines that require superior organizational skills and attention to detail. Please provide an example where you were faced with conflicting deadlines that demonstrates your ability to stay organized and produce deliverables.  Include in your response (a) the methods or tools you used to track work activities; (b) the factors that determined your priorities; and (c) explanation of why this is a good example of your organization skills.

This position will be responsible for handling public information requests, working at the direction of Executive Officers to gather information, prepare draft responses for executive review, and communicate to requestors while meeting strictly enforced deadlines.  Please describe your customer service experience, and experience coordinating with others to gather information.

This position will be tasked with facilitating and delivering emergency preparedness training to Controller’s Office and Citywide Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Emergency Management professionals.  Please describe your experience facilitating, developing and delivering trainings.  Please include in your response the factors which contributed to your successful delivery.
