The purpose of this Minimum Qualification Supplemental Questionnaire (MQSQ) and Supplemental Questionnaire (SQ) is to assess your training and experience as they relate to the knowledge, skills, and abilities identified as valid job content required for this 5602 position

Questions A - B will be used to determine if you meet the Minimum Qualifications required to apply for this 5602 position. Responses provided to Questions A - B are not scored; however, applicants who do not possess the required Minimum Qualifications as stated on the job announcement will not be allowed to participate in the examination process.

Supplemental Questionnaire (SQ) essay questions 1 - 4 will be evaluated and scored. Only the information you provide in your responses to SQ essay questions 1 - 4 will be presented to subject matter experts for evaluations and will be used as part of the examination process to determine eligibles' score and rank on the eligible list. Be sure you address all elements of each question.
