What principles and practices of housing and community development programs did you utilize to ensure compliance with local, state and federal guidelines when developing the budget? What challenges did you encounter and how did you resolve them, if any?

Describe your experience collecting and evaluating past performance data from non profit partners in a housing and community development project. In your response please indicate any metrics or standards you utilized in your evaluation. How did you ensure that the nonprofit partners were adhering to applicable laws, procedures or regulations?

Describe your experience coordinating and streamlining various phases of a project related to planning approving, and carrying out housing and community development activities. Describe how your knowledge of local government structure and how legislative and administrative procedures and requirements played a role in the coordination and streamlining process.
