IS Business Anaylst Qualifications Questionnaire (MQSQ)
The qualifying questionnaire (questions A - F) will be used to determine possession of minimum qualifications. Your responses below must be consistent with the information you provide in the employment history section of the application form. Candidates must possess the minimum experience/education requirements by the final filing deadline in order to move forward in this process. You may be asked to provide verification of your qualifying education and experience at any point in the recruitment and selection processes.

SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE EXAMINATION

The purpose of this Supplemental Questionnaire (SQ) is to describe your training and experience as they relate to the knowledge, skills, and abilities linked to the essential functions of this 1052 position. Only the information you provide in your SQ answers will be evaluated to determine your score in the selection process for this position. NO attachments or additional documents such as resumes, cover letters, or employment applications will be considered.
The SQ will be presented to an expert review panel for an assessment and will be used as part of the examination process to determine candidates'' score and rank on the eligible list. This Supplemental Questionnaire will account for 100% of the total weight of the candidates’ final score. Insufficient, non-responsive and/or answer that are plagiarized or falsified may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.
The responses that you provide to this questionnaire should be consistent with the information on your application, and are subject to verification.
