This position will require the incumbent to direct staff in a maintenance operation including coordinating and prioritizing diverse work projects with tight scheduling requirements and multiple stakeholders. Please describe your experience in implementing a complex work project including specific details of the project, your role and level of responsibility, your strategies for maintaining project schedule and accountability, the challenges you faced in coordinating with a diverse set of stakeholders and how you resolved those challenges.

In this position it will be necessary to manage a large and diverse number of craft teams and supervisors. Please describe your most significant supervisory experience, including your role, the number of individuals you directly supervised, the level of employees you directly supervised, your level of responsibility in terms of performance management and how you measure performance.
