The purpose of this Supplemental Questionnaire is to assist with evaluating possession of the Minimum Qualifications(i.e. required license/certification and experience) and Desirable Qualifications for the Gender Health SF 2932 Senior Behavioral Health Clinician position.

How much full-time post-Master's psychiatric Marriage, Family and Child Counselor (MFCC), Marriage, Family Therapist (MFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) experience do you have in a psychiatric or medical setting?

Six (6) months of full-time experience is equivalent to 1,000 hours.

How much full-time experience do you have working with the transgender, transsexual, or gender non-binary population in an administrative capacity or providing direct service in an educational, health, community-based or other program serving the medical, emotional health, socioeconomic or other needs of transgender, transsexual, or gender non-binary communities?

Six (6) months of full-time experience is equivalent to 1,000 hours.
