Questions #5 through #9 The purpose of Questions #5 through #9 of this Supplemental Questionnaire is to evaluate your knowledge, skills, and abilities in job related areas of this position.

The responses (Questions #5 through #9) of the qualified candidates will be presented to an expert review panel for an assessment. They will be used as part of the examination process to determine candidates' score and rank on the eligible list and will be worth 100% of the total weight of the selection procedure.

You have just concluded testing of the COBRA brand of brake shoes for the light rail vehicles, and the test results are favorable.  Write a memo to your supervisor to justify the purchase of the COBRA brand of brake shoes for the light rail vehicles as a substitute for ABEX brake pads, which is the OEM for the light rail vehicles.
