SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE

9196 Senior Light Rail Vehicle Equipment Engineer

Questions #1a through #4c The purpose of the Minimum Qualification Supplemental Questionnaire (Questions #1a through #4c) is to assess whether the applicant meets the minimum qualifications for the classification. The minimum qualifications have been identified as critical for satisfactory performance in this classification. Questions #5 through #9 The purpose of Questions #5 through #9 of this Supplemental Questionnaire is to evaluate your knowledge, skills, and abilities in job related areas of this position.

The responses (Questions #5 through #9) of the qualified candidates will be presented to an expert review panel for an assessment. They will be used as part of the examination process to determine candidates' score and rank on the eligible list and will be worth 100% of the total weight of the selection procedure.

Be as thorough as possible with relevant information as you will be competing with other qualified candidates, so providing a fuller range of details will help the raters accurately assess your skills and experience. It is important that the information provided be accurate and complete. Each response is evaluated independently from the others. Written communication skills are important.
