INSTRUCTIONS: This Minimum Qualification Supplemental Questionnaire (MQSQ) is designed to assess whether the applicant meets the minimum qualifications for the classification. The minimum qualifications have been identified as critical for satisfactory performance in this classification. The information provided must be consistent with the information on your application and is subject to verification. The responses on the Supplemental Questionnaire are mandatory for participation in this recruitment process.

How much verifiable experience do you have working as a Swimming Instructor?

(NOTE: six (6) months of experience is equivalent to working 1,040 hours)

1 month (minimum) to 5 months (maximum) of verifiable experience as a swimming instructor.
6 months (minimum) to 11 months (maximum) of verifiable experience as a swimming instructor.
12 months (minimum) to 17 months (maximum) of verifiable experience as a swimming instructor.
18 months (minimum) to 23 months (maximum) of verifiable experience as a swimming instructor.
24 months (minimum) to 29 months (maximum) of verifiable experience as a swimming instructor.
30 months (minimum) to 35 months (maximum) of verifiable experience as a swimming instructor.
36 or more months of verifiable experience as a swimming instructor.

How much verifiable experience do you have working as a Lifeguard?
