The qualifying questionnaire (questions A - F) will be used to determine possession of minimum qualifications.  Your responses below must be consistent with the information you provided in the employment history section of the application form. SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE EXAMINATION

Read CAREFULLY as it will affect your examination score and rank of the Eligible List. 

The purpose of this Supplemental Questionnaire (SQ) is to describe your training and experience as they relate to the knowledge, skills, and abilities linked to the essential functions of this 1053 position.  Only the information you provide in your SQ answers will be evaluated to determine your score in the selection process for this position. NO attachments or additional documents such as resumes, cover letters, or employment applications will be considered.

The SQ will be presented to an expert review panel for an assessment and will be used as part of the examination process to determine candidates' score and rank on the eligible list. This Supplemental Questionnaire will account for 100% of the total weight of the candidates’ final score. Insufficient or non-responsive answers and/or answer that are plagiarized or have falsified information may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.

The responses that you provide to this questionnaire should be consistent with the information on your application, and are subject to verification.

It is suggested that you prepare your responses in a word document and then paste them into the questionnaire. Please describe your educational and professional background with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). What specific CMMS systems do you have experience with and what kind of work did you perform in the CMMS system planning and configuration, reporting, CMMS mobility projects, interfacing, upgrading, development, testing, or trainings?  (450 words max)

Please describe your work related to developing CMMS or other system specifications or configurations on water assets. Include your knowledge of water system components and assets.  Provide examples of tasks you performed and who were your stakeholders?  (400 words max)

Please describe your experience in developing, documenting, or analyzing business processes and functional requirements for use in technology system specifications, interfacing, and suitability assessments. Please be specific about your role and which stakeholders you worked with on the project(s).  (400 words max)

Please describe your experience analyzing and presenting data using multi system reporting such as Cognos or other Business Intelligence tools and advance excel functions. Provide examples of the kinds of reports and analysis you have produced including recommendations you may have made based on your findings, who you presented your findings to, and what the outcome of your presentation.  (400 words max)

5.

Please describe an implementation project where you had to coordinate work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders? How did you adjust your communication and coordination approach to address the different groups of stakeholders. What challenges did you face and how did you handle them?  What lessons did you learn?  (350 words max)
