All applicants are required to complete the Supplemental Questionnaire as part of the online application process.  The purpose of the Supplemental Questionnaire is to determine whether applicants meet the Minimum Qualifications for the 2520 Morgue Attendant position.

Questions #1 and #2 will be used to assess possession of the required education and experience for class 2520 Morgue Attendant.
