Introduction

The purpose of this Supplemental Questionnaire is to obtain specific information regarding your training and experience as they relate to the knowledge, skills and abilities linked to the duties of the position.

Questions 1, 3 & 4 will be used to determine whether you possess the education, trainings, and experience necessary to fulfill the minimum qualifications required for this position.

Question 2 will be used to determine whether you possess the desirable qualification of supervisory experience.

Questions 5-8 will be used to determine whether you possess the experience to determine your rank on the eligible list in conjunction with the Supervisory Test Battery (40%), and will be made available to departmental personnel and management staff to assist in their hiring decisions.

The information you provide on this questionnaire should be consistent with and must be supported by the information on your application, and is subject to verification. Education

Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; AND

Experience

Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in airline route development and route planning; AND  

License and Certification 

Possession of a valid California driver’s license

Substitution

Education Substitution: Additional qualifying experience as described above may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for year basis for up to two (2) years.  (One year of work experience is equal to 30 semester or 45 quarter units).
