SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE INSTRUCTIONS – MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The purpose of this Supplemental Questionnaire is to obtain specific information regarding your training and experience as they relate to the knowledge, skills and abilities linked to the duties of the position.

The questions will be used to determine whether you possess the education, trainings, and experience necessary to fulfill the minimum qualifications required for this position.

The information you provide on this questionnaire should be consistent with and must be supported by the information on your application, and is subject to verification. Please provide detailed responses that are specific to each question. Stating “please see resume” or copying and pasting your resume will result in a deduction of points. Completeness of responses and level of experience will be considered during the rating process. Please provide all information requested even if the information may appear redundant. If you do not include the work experience you are about to describe in the “Work History” section of your application, you will not receive credit for this experience. 4.  How much verifiable experience do you have in construction inspection work insuring that plans and specifications are complied with and the workmanship and material used meet specifications?

5.  How much verifiable experience do you have as a 5203 Assistant Engineer or as an Architect on a level equal to City and County of San Francisco class 5265 Architectural Associate I or higher?

6.  How much verifiable experience do you have as a surveyor?

7.  How much verifiable experience do you have in construction, at the Superintendent/General Foreman level, supervising construction crews of more than six?
